Newberry & Nicholson Acquire Century 21 Atkins

On 24 September 2014, Terrell Newberry and Nick Nicholson participated in the grand opening of the new ownership of Century 21 Atkins Realty, Jacksonville, FL. Newberry and Nicholson purchased the very successful and well managed firm from Bob and Pam Atkins, owners for over 30 years in June. With over 15 agents on staff and the commitment to recruit another five agents in the near future, Century 21 Atkins, poised to become Century 21 Benchmark within another 6 – 9 months, the company is committed to expanding into the Beaches and to Orange Park/Fleming Island. Other plans include the formation of a property management group which will be a separate but allied company. Mr. Newberry has many years of experience in residential real estate brokerage, and is presently the Secretary of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Mr. Nicholson is the CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, and Chairman of Benchmark Asset Services, a commercial real estate asset and property management company, both of Jacksonville, FL.
