JOINS COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL BENCHMARK
Jacksonville, FL, July 2013 – Joseph D. “Chip” Sistare
III has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark as a Sales Associate. The
office is located at 4348 Southpoint Blvd., Suite 310, Jacksonville, FL 32216.
Sistare will
be responsible for marketing Office space in the greater Jacksonville area.

Sistare comes to Coldwell Banker
Commercial as a veteran real estate banker with 25 years of experience in
financing office, retail, owner-occupied, self-storage, medical office industrial/flex, and hospitality properties
from $1MM to $50MM. He is known for his assertive and direct sales approach and
excels at turning prospects into clients. He has held positions as Chief
Lending Officer, Senior Lending Officer and VP Commercial Lending. Previous
experience includes Heritage Bank of North Florida, Proficio Bank, First
Citizen’s Bank and Wells Fargo. Sistare earned his undergraduate degree from
the University of South Carolina, Moore School of Business.
