Hello Fellow Bloggers,
Aparently some sectors are doing better. Multifamily appears to be at an apex with approximately 12 new apartment complexes under construction. Indusrial and Office are slow but steady recovering but still around 23% vacancy rate(office) according to CBRE Group Inc. Yet in the St., Johns Town Center, there is less than 10% vacancy. There is a mood of optimism in Commercial Real Estate. We hope this improving trend continues.
