I am pleased to reiterate that Jacksonville keeps growing. Hearing that kind of news can never get old.
With the Samsonite warehouse recently selling for $8.7 million, more than double what it was bought for less than a year ago, and Vistakon, a division of Johnson & Johnson, announcing expansion plans for another 23,000 SF to its distribution center is nothing but good news. In addition, keep in mind that St. Johns Town Center is adding new high end stores, also Microsoft's plan to build a retail store has just been confirmed less than a month ago.
Jacksonville needs a breath of fresh air and it is nice to see it begin to inhale after having the wind knocked out for some time.
