St Johns County Continued Growth

St Johns County continues growth in residential development. Builders and developers continue to build at a pace equal to demand. Prices continue to rebound in the market as homeowners relocate to the top school system in the state. Will the infrastructure keep up?  Will the needs of the community be filled by the big box brands?  The big box retailers continue to show caution in new store expansion and many show smaller footprints in their new locations. Times continue to show change in marketing and the consumer continues to drive the demographics which sets then plans for the changing economy. Change is good.
