The annual Coldwell Banker Commercial conference was convened in Orlando from 15 through 18 April 2013 and was a huge success with a gathering of over 300 commercial real estate practitioners from around the world in attendance. The conference highlighted excellent educational opportunities, and recognized men and women for their outstanding accomplishments during 2012. Of note in Florida, Dean Saunders, Owner/Broker, Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland was recognized as one of the highest earning commercial real estate agents in the world with one of his many sales totaling over $21 million. Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark was well represented with 14 agents in attendance from offices in Jacksonville and Ormond Beach.
