4244 St. Johns Avenue in Riverside area sold 11/28/2012. After several offers, the purchase was finally closed. The buyer was represented by Janie Boyd of Boyd and Associates. The seller Wells Fargo Bank NA was represented by David Enicks Sales Associate of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark. The purchase was a cash transaction for $130,500. or $54.83 per SF. It will be reverted to its previous use as an attorney's office.
