Nov 6 is Election Day for our nation which has become the most discussed political event in recent history. Both sides of the media have positioned itself to establish what their respective topics of debates will be for the next four years depending on the outcome. Many college students will be voting for the first time just as many Americans that have never exercised their right will be in the polls for the first time. Our proud and honored military troops, retired Americans, employers, employees and more have listened to the debates, the media, right wing and left wing with the many topics of contention and how the free nation and the rest of the world will be affected by the outcome. Have you wondered how commercial real estate will be viewed be the investor, do I buy and/or sell that property before the end of 2012 taking into consideration capital gains, values of properties to be bought at an all-time low, or other factors which will influence the investor and their respective portfolio. Whatever the outcome and your political preference, there will be change and opportunity for many, will you be positioned mentally regardless of the outcome? Have you thought about the many opportunities which will surface Nov 7? Regardless of how you view the election and the results, this is a big event and hope all of you vote and encourage every American to do so!
