An assisted living community in Jacksonville Beach has been sold for $21.5 M, according to public records.
Ohio-based Health Care REIT (NYSE: HCN) acquired Ashford Court Assisted Living at 1700 The Greens Way from RSC Ashford Court LLC, based in North Miami Beach.
The property has 101 rooms and was built in 1999.
