Jacksonville's Urban Core gains another tenant

Financial Design Associates taking 10,000 square feet downtown in The BB&T building.  The space will complement the 8,000 sf they currently occupy at Deerwood Park.  Managing Partner Roger Dominey felt it was a great way to help continue the revitalization of Jacksonville's Downtown which he feels is the heartbeat of the city.  He also mentioned the lease rate was 20% less than his current space.  For more on the article Click Here.  There seems to be a trend of companies relocating and/or expanding into downtown Jacksonville.  Financial Design Ass made the move for two said reasons one to help the city rebuild the downtown and the other to save on rent.  Do you think the trend continues if rents rise in the urban core?
