Selling a private mortgage in Jacksonville, Fl.  The seller's are negotiating with a purchaser on their sale of industrial 9 acres property at the port of Jacksonville, Fl.  The purchaser wants seller financing and the sellers' are willing to discount the deal in order to get cashed out.  The sellers are over seventy years old each.  The anticipated investment (Note) is $650,000.00 after down payment at 8% with a full seven years term pay out from the purchaser and before any negotiated discount of the note.
