EverBank has executed a "letter of intent" to lease 200,000rsf in the AT&T Tower in Downtown Jacksonville, Florida.
The Downtown Greyhound bus terminal located at 10 N. Pearl St. received conceptual approval today, Friday September 30th, to relocate near the Prime Osborne Convention Center. This could be the first phase of the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center.
The Jacksonville Jaguars annouced today that the television blackout has been lifted for this Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints. GO JAGS!
