- HD Supply Facilities has executed a lease for 25,000sf located at 8600 Jesse B. Smith Court
- Unemployment in the Metro Jacksonville unemployment rate dipped in August to 10.4 percent down from the adjusted July unemployment rate of 10.5 percent
