Trends in Office Space

It seems like each year there are new trends in the workplace. Until Employers and Employees get on the same page, work space trends are irrelevant. For Employers:  A new work space isn't what Employees want. Employees want to know they can trust their Employers. They want to feel valued not like a commodity.  For Employees: Employers want an honest days work in return for your pay check. Employers want drug and drama free Employees. So what comes first, the chicken or the egg?

To some degree the Federal Government has got to get out the way. If Employers screw things up, they get fined and managers go to jail. If Employees make major screw ups, they go to jail. There are consequences for screw ups. Get the Government out of the way.
