AOL Finance recently featured an article on the best chain
restaurants in the U.S.
The ranking was done by Business Insider (www.businessinsider.com) and Restaurant
Business (www.restaurantbusinessonline.com),
and the results are sure to provide some surprises.
Raters used data from Restaurant Business and Technomic, and
they considered financial performance, customer satisfaction, and overall value
for 45 of the largest US
chain restaurants.
Additional factors were sales growth, average sales at each location,
consumer-sentiment ratings, and the average cost of a meal. Of the top 20 best national restaurant chains, a nine are headquartered in Florida.
