In a recent article from realtor.com, trends, I was amazed to see the market for jobs, growth, and household incomes, $88,000-$100,000 per year. What was most amazing to me, the sunshine state was not included in one of the top ten (10) zip codes. There is great value in this NE Florida market for office space and residential housing prices compared to other parts of the state and country.
