Rogers, CCIM, ALC, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark helped arrange the sale on Dobbs Road Cutoff that yielded Ashby Landing,
a mixed use development with frontage on SR 312 and Dobbs in St. Augustine,
FL. The sold listing was of 3.43 acres
encumbered by an electric easement, but suitable for acreage calculations to
support the number of single family lots needed in the project to be
economically feasible. D. R. Horton Inc.
will build close to 200 houses in the subdivision.
The seller of the 3.43
acres was Toney Properties, LLC, a family group that had invested in scattered
acreage in St. Johns County many years ago, mostly along SR 207 close to
Wildwood Drive. Segars and Rogers have
brokered several other properties for the family.
