CORNER - DUNN AVE. & NORTH CAMPUS BLVD. - SOLD !!.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark brokered the sale of the southeast corner of Dunn Ave. and North Campus Blvd. on April 23, 2015.  Eddie Segars and Henry Rogers, CCIM, ALC, negotiated the cash sale with a buyer who was represented by an in house agent.

The other three corners are occupied by Gate Petroleum, Goodwill Thrift Store and 7-Eleven.  A major impact in the neighborhood is the recent purchase of 109 +/- acres by Baptist Health Properties that wraps around the 7-Eleven store for a new facility, but not a hospital.

The site has 147 feet on Dunn Ave. and 410 feet on North Campus Blvd, a total of 1.41 acres.  The buyer did not reveal its intent.  Eddie Segars and Henry Rogers will entertain comments at 904-281-1990.
