SOLD, 89 ACRES FOR SUBDIVISION ST. JOHNS COUNTY

NEW SINGLE FAMILY DEVELOPMENT

Eddie Segars and Henry Rogers of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark on March 4, 2015 closed the third parcel in a consolidation of 89 acres in three parcels owned by three separate entities on Wildwood Drive in Saint Johns County. The total price was $1,216,080, or $13,664 per acre.  The Dorothy P Young Trust was the seller of the last parcel and Alsop Companies of St. Augustine the buyer.  Eddie and Henry have closed sales of seven parcels of vacant land in St. Johns County recently and have three more under contract pending closing.

The land has a tributary of Moultrie Creek running through it.  Alsop has taken 10 months to arrange all permits for a single family residential development of 205 +/- lots named Andalusia with various government authorities.  A national home builder is expected to take over the property.
