In November 2014, Coldwell Banker Commercial released their retail survey findings that painted a picture of the differences and similarities in the ways Millennials, Gen X'ers and Boomers prefer to make purchases and interact with retail stores.
The media took great interest in the survey, especially New York Real Estate Journal (NYREJ), who recently featured CBC President & COO Fred Schmidt in their Industry Leaders spotlight section to discuss the retail survey, how it relates to commercial real estate and overall trends in commercial space.
