LAND SALE ST. JOHNS COUNTY

 Eddie Segars and Henry Rogers, CCIM, with Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark co-operated with another broker in the sale on May 20, 2014 of 15.8 acres on Wildwood Road about one mile south of SR 207 in St. Johns County at a price of $120,000. About half of the area is in the flood plain of Moultrie Creek.  It is zoned for residential, but the four buyers did not reveal to the listing brokers their intended use. 

The seller is an estate in North Carolina that listed seven vacant land properties with Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark in December.  One other parcel has already sold and three are still under contract to developers doing their due diligence.  Eddie and Henry have two other properties in St. Johns County under contract and several listed.
