Jacksonville Company May Save You from Heatstroke

A relatively new company, Chill Skinz, could save a life this summer by keeping you or someone you know cool while playing golf, mowing the lawn, walking outdoors, gardening, running, any number of outdoor activities where heat is a factor.  Never mind the thousands who work outside all summer long.  Chill Skinz is a towel, or headband or beanie that you wear, and it cools you down when it's hot out.

Chill Skinz makes the wearables from a combination of PVA material, which retains moisture once wet, and a plant extract that allows the fabric to receive any temperature water from any source --a bottle, fountain, river, ocean, perspiration -- and keep it cool.

Even in heat over 90 degrees Chill Skinz stays 16 to 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature so long as it's kept wet at least every few hours and so long as you reenergize the cool by waving or snapping the towel every 15-20 minutes.  Don't know how, but that snapping really does magically reactivate the cool.

Great Christmas in July presents for under $20.  You can even put your company name on them, but that's more money.  http://www.chillskinz.com/index.php
