Welcome Casey Loftus, Property Manager

Welcome Casey Loftus, Property Manager for Benchmark Asset Services, LLC. Casey joined our team from the city of Jacksonville Beach Planning & Development Department, where she specialized in building & zoning permitting. Her past experience includes Commercial Property Management at The Ahern Group, Owner/Manager of Loftus Construction, Inc. and spans years in the fields of Marketing and Customer Relations. Casey is a strong, bright and energetic individual with a friendly demeanor, and will be a great addition to BAS. Casey has quickly become proficient in the highly sophisticated property management software, Yardi Voyager, and will be using the program for all accounting and property management functions. With our focus aimed at shopping centers and small office buildings, Casey, an Associate Member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), is eager to continue to apply the highest level of professionalism and ethics through each of our agreements and looks forward to her successes with Benchmark Asset Services, LLC.
