Because many of Benchmark Asset Services' clients wish to see certain kinds of reports, the functionality was needed in different places for different properties. Once Benchmark Asset Services made the decision to implement Yardi Voyager, everything was switched over from the previous accounting software and all of the data from the paper leasing files was entered.It has now been over a month since making the transition, and BAS is fully functioning through Yardi for all property management needs.
