Navy Federal Growing In Jacksonville

The Navy is and will most likely always will be a vital component of the Jacksonville landscape.  And with that come Sailors.  Sailors who travel the globe to protect America and the freedoms we generally take for granted.  I am about to embark on a new journey of my own and it wasn't until I saw this headline that made me realize that I was going to have to switch banks/ credit unions.  I am certain that Vystar is not in what will be my new home city of Houston.  To that degree I am now dreading having to open new accounts and close old ones and the such.  And that brings me full circle to those in the Navy who are generally assigned bases for 2-4 year periods.  That means they could conceivably be changing banks just as often.  Well luckily Navy Federal credit union is available to all members of all of the Military service branches.  And with that the faces at their bank may change but at least the account can stay the same.  To that end just like any other service sector company the end goal is to provide the best experience they can for the customer.  Navy Federal is trying to do just that by adding a 9th NE Florida location with the intention of 3 more by the end of 2016.  I would guess the growth is a National trend and the 247 current locations swells to over 300 in the next few years.  You can find more on the Growth and Navy Federal in the Jacksonville.com article.
