Commercial Asset & Property Management

Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, Jacksonville, FL, has fully launched their newly restructured Asset and Property Management team, Benchmark Asset Services (BAS), headed by well-known and long-time former bank executive, Mindy Lemen. Recruited as Property Manager is Casey Curnow Loftus, formerly of Richmond, VA, and an Old Dominion University graduate. Mrs. Loftus gained prior property management experience with Fred Ahern, Jacksonville Beach. Most recently Mrs. Loftus was employed by the City of Jacksonville Beach in the Building Dept. BAS has offices co-located with CBC Benchmark in Southpoint near JTB and Interstate 95.
