According to a recent Bloomberg Report, investment in commercial real estate continues to rise. With many stocks becoming expensive and interest rates projected to remain stable or decline, investors are increasingly turning to alternatives such as commercial real estate. “U.S. commercial-property values rose 8 percent in the 12 months ended Jan. 31, and have jumped 71 percent since hitting their post-recession bottom in 2009.”
Foreign investors have followed suit as well. High-value properties are attractive to foreign clients because they are denominated in dollars and offer greater visibility and control over their investments.
