CBC Benchmark Jacksonville Update

Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark and its affiliated companies continue to flourish with significant grains across all avenues. CBC Benchmark will convene a joint meeting of all broker/agent personnel from its offices in Jacksonville and Ormond Beach in February focusing on the wide geographical service area it affords its clients. Benchmark Brokers, the residential brokerage arm led by Terrell Newberry, was recently verbally approved as a franchisee by a large, well-known brand and expects to make a public announcement regarding this within the next 45 days. Benchmark Asset Services, the property management arm, is in the process of bringing on board a new partner as property manager. And CLASI, the bank construction loan specialist, is expanding, relocating, and eagerly acquiring new clients almost daily.

Chip Sistare, has recently listed a major, flagged hotel in the area of Baymeadows Rd., Jacksonville, for sale at $5.1 million. Congratulations, Chip!

Recently joining CBC Benchmark is Jean-Paul (J-P) Pesare, a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, and former Army Ranger and Special Agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). J-P will be specializing in Retail Leasing and Sales, combining that with International Investments relying on his Spanish heritage.
