Advantages of Commercial Real Estate Ownership.
2014 will be the year to invest in the commercial real estate market as a landlord. The rate of return of investments for single occupant building investments are ranging nationally from mid 5% to as high as 9-10% in local markets such as Jacksonville.  The overall compounded rate of return for a held lease of approximately 10 years can realize an investor a final dispositions' investment rate of return as high as 25% IRR  
A single deciding factor to move investments from securities to commercial real estate are because many stock and bond market analysts are currently predicting a significant drop or adjustment in those markets by end of 2014.  Certain prognosticators are also suggesting precious metals will adjust downward as the U.S. dollar becomes more stable in the world markets’ opinions.
