new year brings activity in the commercial RE market

Commercial real estate has begun the new year in full throttle with buyers, sellers and brokers active at levels higher than some time.  A significant number of properties have been added to the offering market, plus there are the properties which have been without activity now under new contracts at higher acceptable levels from the owners.  Requests from buyers are higher than some time in search of item specific properties, 1031 exchange needs, developers in search of more residential locations, NNN properties, etc.  Many of the developers have final approved plans for large residential developments and will be starting soon.  Look around and you will see more dump trucks on the road moving fill, progress at work.  Let us know your needs....
