Colin Nicholson and Travis Lemley of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark  represented the FDIC in the sale of the Commercial Lot located at 300 Plantation Island Dr. St. Augustine, Florida. The lot was formerly owned as an REO asset of Heritage Bank of Northeast Florida prior to the bank being taken over by the FDIC in March of 2013. The 1 acre lot sold for $395,000.00.
