SALE OF 543 ACRES NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA

On December 12, 2013 Florida Deep Creek Plantation LLC, a Delaware corporation, paid $1,100,000 to Florida Bank for 82 lots in the 109 lot subdivision Deep Creek Plantation on CR 121 in western Nassau County, Florida.  The total area of the lots sold is about 543 acres, with sizes ranging from 2.4 to 15.5 acres.

Deep Creek Plantation is a gated community with lighted paved streets, underground electric and phone lines. The owner's association areas include a mile frontage on the St Marys River and a lakeside recreation area.  The land was owned by timber companies before development and pine plantations, oak hammocks, pasture and hardwoods along the river front are scattered on site.

Henry Rogers, CCIM, ALC and Leland Burpee of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark in Jacksonville negotiated the sale.  Rogers is past president of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors, now NEFAR, and past district vice president of CCIM and ALC. Call Henry at 904-421-8537 with questions.
