LAND SALES ARE WARMING UP !!

IN NOVEMBER, the sale of a 4.77 acre wooded parcel in the suburbs of St. Augustine was closed at $63,000 cash for personal use. In November, contracts for three additional land sales, all listings of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, were signed, 7/10 acre on Mayport Rd, 2.03 acres on Mayport Rd, and 543 acres on CR 121 in Nassau County.  Rules of the EPA have affected each of those. The 7/10 acre sale failed.  The 2.03 acres is going to be delayed.  The 543 acres was delayed, but passed muster and will close within 10 days. 

Balancing the need of a good environment with the necessity to provide food and shelter for a population has strong advocates on both sides. I urge you to understand the benefits and harms of whichever side you are on well enough to understand the other side.  Let your government officers hear your views, including any acceptable compromises, so highly financed organizations are not able to bulldoze our servants in congress and legislature to act against the public will.
