The Benchmark Asset Recovery Team (BART) was created to support the OREO initiatives of Local and Regional banks, and is made up of four separate but related companies: Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, Benchmark Brokers, Benchmark Asset Services, and Commercial Loan Administrative Services Inc. All companies are located within the Jacksonville, FL MSA.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, Jacksonville, is the commercial real estate service company offering support in sales and leasing. Benchmark Brokers, Jacksonville, is the residential sales company. Benchdmark Asset Services, Jacksonville, offers asset and property management support. Commercial Loan Administrative Services, Orange Park, offers commercial loan administrative and workout support.
