Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark National Golf Course Sales has been selected to represent Cypress Point Country Club in Virginia Beach, Virgina.  This exceptional property is owned by a family that operates seven courses in the Hampton Roads, VA, MSA, which includes Virginia Beach, Newport News and Norfolk.  The Hampton Roads MSA is the 39th largest is the U.S. 

Asking price for the 18-hole country club is  $4,500,000.
