CBC Benchmark Launches Automotive Investment Team

Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark’s Automotive Investment Team, located in Jacksonville, FL, is now fully operational and focuses on serving the interests of owners and investors of national automotive parts, repair, and tire stores, primarily sited within the Jacksonville Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), yet also throughout Northeast Florida, from Daytona Beach to the Georgia border and west to Gainesville. The Team was recently verbally accepted as the exclusive broker of a national automotive retail parts entity to dispose of their excess properties throughout the United States, and, is negotiating to be selected as the sole broker for the disposition of a quantity of auto repair stores in Florida. The team is comprised of Nick Nicholson and Kelly Bush, and will soon engage a full time administrative and marketing assistant.
