Increase activity in Commercial RE

The elevated interests of cash buyers continues to increase daily.  Offers from the cash buyers continue in hopes of acceptance at prices below market .  The buyers are very selective of their properties to offer a contract.  We see the available office condo market for sale beginning to shrink in the beaches market, there are several options available in the lease market, with prices beginning to move upward.  Land in St Johns Co for PUD projects are a premium and the availability of premium sites has seen absorption.  Improving market conditions is a welcome sign for the commercial RE survivors.
