Residential Development is still on the rise. Abandoned projects are getting gobbled up and brand new projects are starting to materialize. The most notable is the complete redevelopment of Selva Marina into Atlantic Beach Golf Club. The complete redevelopment will redesign the golf course, clubhouse, and amenities centers. The 170+ acres will also include 174 single family home units. The growth we are seeing throughout NE Florida is promising and indicates that the investors and developers are confident in the market and the local economy. Lets hope this wave is long and sustainable that perpetuates growth for the region.
