I think it is safe to say that we are all feeling like we are coming out of the hole we have been stuck in for the last couple of years. Now the numbers are starting to show it. Retail vacancy rates are on the way down and rents have stabilized or increased over the last year. All good signs that we are making our way out of the recession. Nationally the numbers have improved but that doesn't always translate to the same in the local economy. Today it does. We have new construction going on in the retail market. Rents and Occupancy on the way up. I hope it continues and we see the slow steady growth to get us back on track.
