Downtown Jacksonville appears to be on the upswing. Investors including our own Shad Khan are investing money in this river city revival. Mr. Khan put up 3 million on 4 different properties. New businesses are looking at down town for expansion. This is a good sign for our city. Hopefully this will be a sustained growth pattern and Jacksonville's future looks a bit brighter. The Land Doctor will keep you informed of up and coming growth.
