NE FL Activity in Commercial Real Estate

NE Florida Commercial Real Estate continues to show signs of recovery.  The residential market has absorbed much of the available inventory and new inventory is not keeping up.  Many of the national builders have continued to show an impressive acquisition position of available sites at values above 2012 levels.  We have seen many properties experience a bidding war between developers.  St Johns County seems to be a target zone for many of these developers due the states rating of the public school system.  Although the recovery of prices have not returned to the 2006 levels, they continue to rebound.  There is significant increased sightings of survey crews and road infrastructure improvement in the area.  CBCB can help in assisting the investor and developer with many available sites and properties in the area.  Many which are off the market available.
