Gate Petroleum Buys 223-acre Tract in Jacksonville for $4.7 million

Gate Petroleum Co. has bought a large tract of land along St. Johns Bluff Rd for almost $5 million, according to a deed recorded with the Duval County Clerk of Courts.
Gate bought the 220-acre parcel from City National Bank of Florida for $4.7 million.
The deed and Duval County Property Appraiser website do not give the exact address of the parcel, however the property description says it is timberland and has no buildings on it.
The only parcel of land along St. Johns Bluff Road that large and undeveloped, is just north of the St. Johns Town Center along St. Johns Bluff and Town Center Parkway.
