Florida Jobs? Looks Like it.
According to the Florida Chamber foundation Florida is adding jobs. If you exclude agricultural jobs which can be seasonal and not long term the State is still adding jobs. 55,000 new jobs this year so far and they are predicting 200,000 by years end. The number of construction jobs is increasing as the housing market starts to climb out of the abyss that it has been in. Florida is currently below the national unemployment average at 7.5 percent. Looks like we are on a slow road to recovery and that is better than the instant rebound many hoped for.
