Real Estate investment is reaching an all-time best in terms of leverage.  The ability to borrow funds from a bank or other private lenders is at all times low in the rate interest.  The Ten year U.S. Treasury bill is under 2% interest and thus the lending rate is under 6% for commercial transaction.  The cash flow for debt service is now low enough that leasing a building is not any longer as attractive as owning a building or acquiring for a long term investment.  With the availability of R.E.O buildings the certainty of obtaining a true realistic valued building is possible today.
John earned his BBA from Cleary University and has earned the prestigious commercial investment real estate designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the National Association of Realtors.
