Finished reading Rod Santomossimo's Broker's Who Dominate.
Some thoughts on the book overall. Definitely a must read for all who plan on competing in commercial real estate. 1. Specialization is a common theme among the brokers highlighted, as only one considered themselves a generalist. 2. Teaming: A team is not just someone who you split your commission with. A team is all the different specialists who you need to close a transaction. (ie Title Agent, RE attorney, Architect, CPA and others) as Ms. Consuela explains. 3. Successful brokers appeared to have a routine. As a result of this book I have reinforced my commitment to continually prospect. This book has a tidbit for all brokers new and old. Thanks to Henry Rogers for letting me borrow his hard back copy.
