We have all seen the apartments going up at St. John's Town Center and now Catamount Constructors of Atlanta received two building permits for the $26.8 million Deerwood Lake Lofts apartment complex which will consist of a five-story building with a parking garage and a four-story, 130-unit building. 2012 4th Quarter Reis reports show multi-family vacancy at 7.3% and rental rates rising slightly to $820/month.
