Mr. Newberry is the 2013 Secretary of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Benchmark Brokers will soon be affiliating with a nationally known residential real estate franchise, although the details are not yet firm. Furthermore, the company will be teaming with Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, Inc., perennially one of the Top 5 commercial real estate brokerage companies in Northeast Florida. These companies will be supported by Benchmark Asset Services, LLC, a full service asset and property management company also headquartered in Jacksonville. And, the highlight of this organizational alignment is Mindy Lemen, CEO, CLASSI, a retired bank executive formerly with Bank of America. Together this team will offer a wide array of professional real estate services to banks and large corporations with significant holdings in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.
