There is no mystery buyer that has emerged according to Val Bostwick. The Times Union said the mystery buyer was Preston Haskell. Although now has backed away from this position as buyer according to the T,U. (His offer of $150,000.00 was rejected)
Val Bostwick told Ashley Kritzer (Jounalist at Jax. Business Journal) quote" Unfortunately, it (Kritzer's addition to the original story) does not correct the impact of the original story." Val also wrote"It is unfortunate that the story was not checked or confirmed before being written and published.
Therefore, Don't believe everything you read or as President Reagan said "Trust but Verify."
