Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, Jacksonville, FL has
recently joined the brand New North Florida & South Georgia commercial
information exchange (CIE), a non-profit organization. What is a CIE you ask yourself? Very simple
answer is it is a new version of an older idea known as a
Commercial Property Multi-list. CIE is similar
to the residential Realtors’ single family multi-list systems located all over
the country. The commercial CIE only markets
nonresidential properties as an example Industrial, Multifamily, Retail, Agricultural,
hospitality and commercial buildings as presented either for sale or for
lease. Additionally, the CIE is very popular
for the marketing of vacant land parcels.as well. What makes this event news worthy is that
there is no one centralized CIE representing the brokerage community inventory
of available properties. This inventory which
has been submitted into the commercial Property Exchange of North Florida is
free to the general public to tour the online catalog of available
properties. The opposite is true with the
for profit organization LoopNet which requires a paid subscription to view its entirety. No matter if you are provider or user it is rather
expensive in the view of the professionals using the LoopNet system.
So please take a tour of www.CPXNF.Com to experience an excellent marketing tool for
the nonresidential brokers in Northern Florida and South Georgia areas. Any questions please call A. John Richwine,
