The Florida Forestry Assn. newsletter reports that AG land, particularly citrus groves, is selling at AG prices, rather than subdivision prices in some counties. In the boom, groves went for as high as $30,000 per acre for development, but have been untended and non-productive since the crash. Recently, some of those are being rehabilitated, and some are being replanted with more productive trees. See the article via the following link
